This project began with a complete renovation of the entire apartment. The bathrooms and kitchen were reconfigured and wide plank oak flooring was installed throughout.  A small upstairs bedroom was enlarged creating an expansive study with views of the large terrace and the downtown skyline beyond.

Working with a client's artwork is central to the design process and in this case, the clients have assembled a world-class art collection.  The understated elegance of these rooms allows the artwork to take center stage. In the Living Room, vintage club chairs are paired with a dramatic sectional sofa from Christopher Guy and placed to take full advantage of both the downtown views and the artwork.  The adjacent dining area features a custom french oak expandable round table and a vintage 1950s black and white Murano chandelier.
